Eutopia
About

We’re building what’s next in padel.

Eutopia started with a simple idea: padel is about people.

Padel is about people

  • The players who turn up every week.
  • The athletes competing at the highest level.
  • The coaches helping others get better.
  • The creators putting the sport in front of new audiences.
  • The clubs creating places for people to play.
  • The tournaments and events bringing everyone together.
  • And the brands helping the sport grow.

We wanted to bring all of that closer together.

From inside the sport

Eutopia was founded by Aimée Lawson, who has built and run businesses across the UK and Australia and has spent the last few years working across the padel industry.

She saw a sport growing incredibly quickly, but with much of the commercial opportunity still driven by personal relationships, disconnected networks and people finding their own way through it.

So she built Eutopia. Not from the outside looking in, but from inside the sport.

Alongside founding athletes George Weller and Jasmine Dedakia, Eutopia is being built around the people who know padel best — the people playing it, coaching it, creating around it and helping it grow.

We connect the dots

  • Athletes with brands.
  • Creators with audiences.
  • Players with clubs.
  • Brands with the right people.
  • Clubs with their communities.
  • Events with partners.
  • And people with more of what they love.

Sometimes that means building a brand or campaign. Sometimes it’s finding the right athlete. Sometimes it’s creating a new opportunity. And sometimes it’s building technology to make those connections happen at scale.

That’s where the Eutopia Platform comes in — connecting players, athletes and creators with the brands and opportunities looking for them.

But the platform is only part of the bigger picture. Eutopia is about the whole world around the court.

Built from inside the game

Our founding team brings together business, marketing, professional sport, coaching and industry experience.

Aimée Lawson — Founder

Aimée Lawson is the Founder of Eutopia, built around the belief that the next generation of sport will be driven by stronger connections between talent, brands, clubs and communities.

With 20 years’ experience across advertising, marketing, PR and experiential, Aimée has worked with brands across sport, health, wellness and lifestyle, creating campaigns, partnerships and experiences that connect brands with their audiences in meaningful ways. She previously founded and ran an experiential marketing agency in Sydney, working across major consumer and lifestyle brands.

Her experience spans brand strategy, partnerships, content, influencer marketing and live experiences, giving her a strong understanding of what brands need from talent — and what talent needs to build sustainable commercial opportunities.

Aimée founded Eutopia to bring those two sides of the industry closer together. Having seen first-hand how fragmented the process of discovering, developing and commercialising talent can be, she is building a platform that makes it easier for players, creators, coaches, clubs, events and brands to find the right opportunities and work together.

As Founder, Aimée leads Eutopia’s strategy, commercial development and brand partnerships, working alongside its founding athletes to ensure the platform is built around the real needs of the sporting community.

George Weller — Founding Athlete

George Weller has competed at the highest level of UK padel and is now Head of Padel at Racketeer. Bringing first-hand experience across competitive padel, coaching and the wider racket sports industry.

He has developed multiple GB junior and women’s players, competed for Great Britain in the Anglo-American Cup and has won at Grade 1 level. Through his playing and coaching career, George has built strong relationships across players, coaches, clubs and brands.

His sporting background extends beyond padel, having also competed at a high level in football. After undergoing three heart procedures, George returned to competitive sport and went on to establish himself among the UK’s leading padel players — a journey that reflects the determination and passion he brings to the sport today.

As a founding athlete, George brings genuine insight into what players, coaches and the wider padel community need, helping Eutopia build a platform that creates meaningful opportunities for talent and brands.

Jasmine Dedakia — Founding Athlete

Jasmine is an England international and the current LTA No. 2 female padel player in the UK. A former national-level tennis player, she has quickly established herself at the highest level of the sport, winning multiple Grade 2 titles, reaching a Grade 1 final and helping England secure victory at the Four Nations.

Alongside competing, Jasmine has a full time career as a Consultant; is an experienced coach and advocate for the growth of women’s padel, with a strong connection to the next generation of female players. She balances elite competition with a full-time career, giving her a particularly relatable perspective on building a profile and creating opportunities within the sport.

As a founding athlete, Jasmine brings first-hand insight into the needs of players and coaches, as well as experience working with brands and representing them authentically. Her combination of high-level performance, coaching experience and influence within the growing women’s game makes her a key part of Eutopia’s athlete community.

Between us, we understand both sides of the game — the people playing it and the businesses building around it. And that’s where Eutopia sits: at the intersection of padel, people, brands and opportunity.

We’re here to connect it all.
