Terms of use.

This website and the Eutopia Connect platform are operated by Eutopia Group Ltd (“Eutopia”, “we”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17454236), whose registered office is at Mentor House, Ainsworth Street, Blackburn, England, BB1 6AY. By using them you agree to these terms. The content here is provided for information about Eutopia and to let you join the waitlist; it is not professional advice.

Eutopia is for adults. You must be 18 or over to join the waitlist or hold an account. The waitlist form asks you to confirm this when you join, and a player account asks the first time you sign in. Brand and agency accounts are not open to public sign-up: we open them for people acting for their organisation. We may remove any signup or account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.

Joining the waitlist registers your interest — it does not create an account, guarantee access, promise any opportunity, booking or payment, or commit either of us to anything. We open access in stages and contact people directly. You can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any of our emails.

The information you submit must be yours and accurate. One signup per email address.

When you first sign in to a player account, we ask you to accept these terms and our Privacy Notice, and to confirm you are 18 or over. Your account includes the AI section: tools that draft your bio, social strategy and post captions from what you choose to give them.

Captions from a photo are part of that service. When you choose a photo, we send it to our AI provider once to list what is in it, and the caption is written from what you keep and add. We don’t keep the photo; the provider may keep it for up to 30 days to check for abuse, and longer only if it is flagged as illegal content. The Privacy Notice names the provider and explains what we keep.

Only upload photos you have the right to share. For now, we don’t write captions for photos with anyone under 18 in them: you tell us when you choose the photo, and if our AI thinks a child may be in it, no caption is written either. Drafts are suggestions: you review them and post them yourself, and you are responsible for what you post.

The Eutopia name, branding and the content of this site belong to Eutopia or its licensors. Don't reproduce them without permission — press and media should see the Media page.

We work to keep this site accurate and available but provide it “as is”; to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from reliance on it or from interruptions to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the product develops; the date above changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: hello@eutopiaconnect.com.
